Dr. Assaf is graduated from the Philipps-University in Marburg/Lahn, Germany (Diplom Chemist). He earned his doctorate (Ph.D.) at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. Before founding Renopharm, Dr. Assaf had been holding senior positions as Senior Research Associate and as chemist.

Mr. Duerr is of Swiss origin and he has more than 15 years of executive business practice in the life science industry. Mr. Duerr has been holding international top executive positions in the pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and High-Tech industry. He is a graduate in economics of the Basel University, Switzerland and he holds several post graduate degrees.

Co-Founder of the New Generation Technology Incubator (NGT) in Nazareth and entrepreneur in the agriculture domain.

Mr. Yasin is one of the founders and investors of NGT and serves as NGT’s Chairman of Board. Mr. Yasin, a leading entrepreneur in the Arab sector in Israel, is the owner of "Obec Gas", a leading gas company dominating 50% of the Arab market. Mr. Yasin is also involved in several Israeli and Palestinians businesses. Mr. Yasin is also Member of Board Directors of the Center for Jewish-Arab Economic Development, as well as of the Arab Business Club.
